All cancellation requests must be made in writing to email@example.com by August 16, 2019. Cancellations made on or before August 16, 2019, will be eligible for a refund less a $75 processing fee. AUGS and IUGA will not refund cancellations received after August 16, 2019. All refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.
Acceptable forms of payment include: checks made payable to AUGS (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment.
There is a $25 fee for badge reprinting onsite.
By registering for the meeting, individuals grant AUGS and IUGA permission to use any photographs taken.
American with Disabilities Act
AUGS and IUGA only use facilities that are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance while attending the meeting, please check the box marked “Special Needs” on your registration form and staff will contact you. AUGS and IUGA must have notice by August 16, 2019 to accommodate your request.
